Inarius Dynamics builds Edge AI software for fire, EMS, and first responders. This page covers privacy for our website and our products. Agency contracts and BAAs (where applicable) govern specific deployments.
Dictation, reasoning, documentation, and related AI features run on the device. Your operational and clinical data is not sent to our servers (or anyone else’s) for model inference.

All data is securely encrypted. We use modern encryption for data at rest on device storage and protect data in transit whenever a user-initiated export or handoff path is used. Encryption is not optional window dressing — it is part of the default architecture.
Visiting inariusdynamics.com may create standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) used to keep the site reliable and secure. That is separate from product clinical/operational data, which is not processed in our marketing stack.
