This website
Visiting the site can create ordinary host logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Those logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. This marketing site does not run advertising trackers, and its own pages do not set analytics cookies.
Messages you send
The contact form does not submit to a server on this site. It opens your email application with a message addressed to nbstefany87@gmail.com. We receive that information only if you send the email.
The ShopLine demo form sends the name, shop, email, phone, city and state, call notes, preferred time, and any optional details you enter to this site, which emails them to us so we can schedule a demo. If that delivery is unavailable, the form opens your email app instead, and we receive the request only if you send it. We use these messages to reply and follow up. We do not sell contact details from them.
Customer applications
Software we build for a customer, including ShopLine, is covered by the agreement for that project. This website policy is not that agreement. On a ShopLine call, the assistant identifies itself as an AI and says the call is recorded. A caller can object to recording; in that case the product is built not to store the transcript or the recording link.
Text messages
For ShopLine text messages, we collect the phone number and the message content.
We use that information for appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups for the auto shops that use ShopLine. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Program details are on the SMS Terms page.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep website inquiries
Email you send us is kept long enough to handle the conversation and any follow-up you asked for. You can email us to ask that an inquiry be deleted.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top will change with it.
